Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Réviser et maintenir les lettres d'engagement et les conditions commerciales.
• Conseiller sur les directives des conseillers externes des clients.
• Rédiger des documents liés au risque, politiques et mises à jour internes.
• Encadrer la formation en conformité réglementaire.

We are working with a leading global law firm to hire a Senior Risk Contracts Lawyer to join their thriving compliance function in London. In this role, you’ll take the lead on regulatory compliance matters, working closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement key risk initiatives across the business.

The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with at least three years’ experience advising on SRA regulation, ideally gained within a large law firm or similarly complex legal environment.

The responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and maintaining the firm’s engagement letters and terms of business
• Advising on client Outside Counsel Guidelines and overseas terms
• Monitoring regulatory changes and preparing the business for upcoming requirements
• Drafting risk-related documents, policies and internal updates
• Delivering training on regulatory compliance
• Managing risk registers and related documentation
• Assisting with risk responses in tenders and supplier questionnaires
• Handling ad hoc regulatory and risk queries
