Job Description

• Flexible working: We are guided by our client work and needs; however, you have autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance.
• Travel to client site will be necessary as and when the client requires.
• Hybrid working environment: We operate in a hybrid setting where we come into a client site or office at least 2-3 days per week.

The Risk and Regulation team provides high-quality, innovative advice and solutions to financial services firms. We are seeking consultants and industry experts with experience or interest in:

• Enhancing enterprise risk management, especially non-financial risks
• Improving corporate governance and risk culture
• Delivering regulatory change and providing assurance and reviews

Risk and Regulation Makes A Difference

As a Risk & Reg Consultant at PA, you'll work on challenging and innovative projects across Banking, Insurance, and with Regulators. Our work includes:

• Collaborating with global banks to improve governance and risk management
• Shaping new regulation with financial regulators
• Assisting banking clients with regulatory responses

Qualifications

You should be an experienced consultant or industry expert with a strong track record in complex projects within the financial services sector related to regulatory or risk management. You should also be able to:

• Build and nurture client relationships
• Lead projects with minimal guidance
• Adapt to changing requirements and data availability
• Identify opportunities and support business growth

Additionally, demonstrable experience in at least one of the following is required:

• Regulatory and risk management environment within financial services
• PRA and FCA regulatory frameworks
• Impact of regulatory developments on firms
• Management of non-financial risks such as operational, conduct, climate, or technology risks
