Job summary

Brit in London is seeking a Senior Analyst in Research and Development to advance our risk aggregation capabilities. You will help shape how we understand catastrophe risk and support decision-making across commercial teams.

Working with the Head of Risk Aggregation and the R&D group, you will contribute to internal tools, use Azure services, databases and CI/CD pipelines, and develop analytics to strengthen our view of risk.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative analysis and catastrophe modelling understanding.
• Experience with Lloyd's or London Market environment.
• Ability to prioritise, communicate clearly and develop technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance risk aggregation tools to support catastrophe risk understanding.
• Collaborate with risk and development teams on tech such as Azure, databases, CI/CD, and IaC.
• Shape analytical reporting and improve best-practice processes across Risk and Actuarial projects.
• Apply quantitative analysis and catastrophe modelling concepts to support decision making.
