Senior Risk Analyst - Governance, Risk & Compliance

We are currently supporting the search for a Senior Risk Analyst to join a dynamic and growing Governance, Risk & Compliance team within a leading general insurance provider in London. This is a key second-line role, reporting to both the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and Head of Financial Risk Management, and will play a vital part in developing the firm's risk framework and supporting strategic delivery across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

1. Supporting the design, facilitation, and ongoing improvement of the quarterly Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) programme across the business.
2. Providing independent challenge of departmental risk registers and control frameworks, ensuring completeness, consistency, and value to senior stakeholders.
3. Drafting and maintaining key components of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, including policies, procedures, and risk appetite statements.
4. Monitoring and reporting risk appetite breaches, emerging risks, and top risks to the Board and relevant risk committees.
5. Coordinating and drafting ORSA reports and supporting delivery of the stress and scenario testing framework.
