A leading financial services provider is seeking an individual to enhance insights in their Secured Strategy team. This role involves developing collections strategies, analyzing performance, and creating reports for senior management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analytics, experience in Collections and Recoveries, and a strong understanding of secured finance products. Working in the Business Support area of Nationwide's arrears management function, Collections & Recoveries, an opportunity has arisen for an individual to progress their career within the Secured Strategy team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on enhancing the team's insight into the delinquent portfolios for all products that support the department's vision to deliver best in class Collections and Recoveries performance through great customer service, via inspired people in a flexible and cost-efficient manner with the agility to adapt to changing business needs.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time, at our Northampton, Bournemouth or Swindon office.
