Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Principal RFIC Design Engineer in Reading to lead key RFIC circuits and subsystems across the full design lifecycle.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD, 10+ years in RF IC development, and a proven track record with highly integrated RF transceivers for wireless systems. Three days in the office weekly is expected, with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant Engineering field.
• 10+ years’ RF IC development experience.
• Proven track record on highly integrated RF transceivers for wireless systems.
• Excellent teamwork in multicultural, multidisciplinary environments.
• Willingness to work in the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of key RFIC circuits and sub-systems.
• Oversee the full design lifecycle from spec to production.
• Collaborate across teams to influence architecture and design decisions.
• Drive verification and production readiness for next-generation RFIC products.
