Qualifications

• Support, motivate and develop engineers through clear objectives and coaching.
• Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and managing dependencies.
• Prepare, execute and report on test and trials activity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate laboratory-based test and trials activities.
• Allocate work and remove blockers for the team.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
