IC Resources is seeking an RF Systems Lead for a senior technical director/associate director level role. The candidate will act as the technical authority for RF systems, driving architectural decisions and delivering high-performance RF solutions across client projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving with minimal management duties, requiring deep RF expertise and the ability to influence stakeholders and engage with clients at a senior level.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in RF systems
• Multi-disciplinary knowledge in RF, DSP, and communications a plus
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a passion for cutting-edge technology
• Ability to engage both internally and externally to drive projects forward
• 15-20 years of relevant experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical authority for RF systems across diverse projects
• Provide expertise in RF design, system architecture, and integration with a strong understanding of 3GPP standards
• Influence internal stakeholders and gain buy-in for technical decisions
• Contribute to business development through technical leadership
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including DSP, communications, and wireless technologies
• Engage with clients, presenting and delivering high-impact RF solutions aligned with industry standards
