Job summary

Eutelsat is seeking an experienced RF Systems Engineer to drive the budgets and interface documents for transceiver and antenna subsystems. You will manage noise figure, gain, EIRP, G/T, LO planning and phase noise considerations within a dynamic, global team.

This role involves defining measurement plans, overseeing calibration data flows, and leading technical reviews with partners. Paris, London or Turin locations offer a global footing, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or MSc in electronics, RF engineering, electromagnetics or telecommunications.
• 7+ years in RF systems or RF hardware engineering with responsibility for architecture or budgets.
• Solid command of RF system budgeting: noise figure, gain cascade, EIRP, G/T, LO planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the modem-to-antenna interface control document and lifecycle across digital/analogue interfaces, LAN/clocking plans, and calibration data flow.
• Own end-to-end RF budgets and traceability to service performance, including G/T, EIRP, noise figure and intermodulation.
• Define and oversee RF test plans, measurements, and verification against budgets; lead technical reviews with partners and integrators.
