This is an opportunity to be part of the RF Process Engineering team, working in a world-class RF manufacturing environment using state-of-the-art equipment and processes. You will be hands-on with cutting-edge products from multiple product lines, including being part of the team that develops and provides manufacturing feedback for both future projects and emerging technologies.
Salary: Circa £43,500 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Minimum of 4 days per week on-site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
As a Senior Process Engineer within the RF Assembly manufacturing facility, your focus will be to ensure efficient manufacturing of RF products using state-of-the-art equipment and processes. You will maintain current programmes while introducing new products, aligning with time, cost, and quality objectives, and keeping abreast of emerging technologies.
This role involves developing process improvements, integrating new infrastructure, and working closely with operations, manufacturing, test, quality, external suppliers, NPI teams, project engineering, and design support. You will leverage your experience to solve problems, develop objectives, and support short-term and long-term business improvements.
