Job summary

Filtronic, based at our Cambridge site, seeks a Senior RF mm/Wave Engineer to design, develop and deliver high-performance RF and mmWave products. You will lead RF circuit design, perform simulations, measurements, and troubleshoot complex designs with cross-disciplinary teams.

You will contribute to technology roadmaps and support customer engagements while ensuring manufacturability and yield. Relocation assistance and skilled work visa sponsorship are available if required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in RF, Microwave, Electronics or Communications Engineering.
• Experience in RF/mmW circuit or system design.
• Experience with RF design tools (Microwave Office, CST, EMPro or ADS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, simulation, and development of RF and mmWave circuits and subsystems.
• Conduct RF system analysis, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Carry out RF measurements, characterization, and validation of prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design reports, test plans, and results.
• Ensure designs meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time.
