Job summary

Copello is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team in Hampshire, on-site for a 6‑month initial contract inside IR35. You will design RF systems and board‑level hardware, developing solutions across transmitters, receivers, PAs, filters, and SDR systems.

• Strong experience in discrete RF design at board and system level.
• Solid RF fundamentals: impedance matching, filters, noise, linearity.
• Hands-on with RF measurement tools and lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design RF systems and board-level hardware.
• Develop transmitters, receivers, power amplifiers, filters, and SDR systems.
• Produce schematics, PCB layouts, simulations, and test plans.
• Support integration, validation, and manufacturing.
