Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Senior RF Electronics Engineer for a client in defence, communications, and industrial tech sectors. You will own RF and electronics development across multidisciplinary projects, from concept through verification.

You’ll work on RF front-end design (LNAs, PAs), low-noise power delivery, PCB bring-up and lab testing with VNAs and spectrum analysers. Collaboration across antenna, mechanical, software and firmware teams is essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong RF electronics design fundamentals.
• Commercial RF electronics design experience.
• Experience designing circuits such as LNAs, PAs or similar RF front-end hardware.
• Understanding of low-noise DC/DC or SMPS design.
• Hands-on RF hardware bring-up, debugging and testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own RF and electronics development across multidisciplinary projects.
• Perform full hardware lifecycle from concept to verification.
• Design RF front-end circuits (LNAs, PAs) and RF circuitry.
• Conduct RF testing with VNAs and spectrum analysers.
• Collaborate with antenna, mechanical, software and firmware teams.
