Job summary

Molex is looking for a Senior RF Engineer to join their Engineering team in Cumbernauld, UK. In this role, you will lead the development of advanced RF circuits for diverse applications, conduct simulations, and ensure designs meet high-performance standards. Candidates should have at least 5 years of RF design experience and proficiency in tools like Keysight ADS and Altium Designer. The position is based onsite at the UK Headquarters. A valid work permit for the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in RF design, simulation, and testing.
• Expert-level proficiency with Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS and SIwave simulation tools.
• Proven track record of delivering high-performance RF designs from concept through production.
• Deep understanding of RF principles including impedance matching, filter design, and electromagnetic compatibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of advanced RF circuits and subsystems.
• Perform detailed simulations using ADS, HFSS, and SPICE.
• Translate designs into manufacturable layouts using Altium Designer.
• Conduct rigorous bench testing and validation of prototypes.
• Work cross-functionally with mechanical and digital teams.
