Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd. seeks a Senior Staff RF/Analogue IC CAD Engineer to lead CAD environments, flows, and methodologies for RF and analogue IC design.

The role is based in Farnborough, UK or Sophia Antipolis, France and involves providing technical leadership across CAD strategy and mentoring engineers. You will develop Cadence flows, automate SKILL scripts, manage verification frameworks, and collaborate with foundry partners on PDK updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years ASIC design/verification experience
• Master's degree with 5+ years ASIC design/verification experience
• PhD with 4+ years ASIC design/verification experience
• Strong CAD/integration skills and SKILL automation
• Ability to lead CAD strategy and mentor engineers

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior technical leader in a complex IC design environment
• Deliver robust, scalable CAD flows and methodologies
• Solve CAD and design-flow challenges across multiple process nodes
• Proficient in Cadence RF/analogue CAD environments and SKILL automation
• Stay updated on tool developments and be the SME for CAD infrastructure
• Ensure timely and high-quality CAD delivery in collaboration with teams
