Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent required.
• Chartered CIPD or equivalent with CPD evidence.
• Extensive knowledge of reward strategy, pay frameworks and benefits design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and ongoing review of reward policies, pay and grading frameworks and processes.
• Provide specialist reward consultancy and advice to senior leaders on complex reward matters.
• Lead data collection, interpretation and presentation of reward-related metrics and market intelligence.
• Ensure governance, compliance and value for money in reward schemes and benefits.
• Support organisational change and workforce initiatives with evidence-based recommendations.
