Regional Recruitment are recruiting a Senior Revit Technician to join a respected civil engineering consultancy in Leicester. Immediate start with permanent, full-time role; salary £45,000 to £55,000 DOE.

Take a lead on delivering coordinated 3D models and design documentation; mentor junior technicians; work across multi-sector projects in a supportive, modern environment.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM processes.
• Solid experience working as a Revit Technician within architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC).
• Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing and design documentation.
• Relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (HNC/HND or higher).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of detailed 3D Revit models for architectural, structural, or MEP projects.
• Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and schedules.
• Collaborate with project leads, engineers, and architects to ensure design accuracy and efficiency.
• Uphold BIM standards, templates, and quality procedures across the team.
• Model reviews, clash detection, and quality assurance checks.
• Mentor junior team members as you transition into a senior role.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure smooth design coordination and data exchange.

Essential

• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit and a strong understanding of BIM processes.
• Industry Experience: Solid experience working as a Revit Technician within architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC).

• Education: Relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (HNC/HND or higher).
