This medium sized consultancy specialises in Civil and Structural Engineering and in particular they are heavily involved in office, warehouse and industrial building developments. Their range of services includes the co-ordination of specialist geotechnical and contamination investigations, design of site remediation, design and detailing of highways works, and the design of building foundations and superstructures alongside other smaller scheme structural engineering works.

Job Description:

With an ethos of hiring and developing the most enthusiastic and resourceful staff, they are currently looking to recruit a Senior Revit Technician to join their Leeds office.

The ideal requirement would be for a permanent position, but as the requirement is pretty urgent they may consider candidates on a freelance basis.

Their clients and staff benefit from being able to utilise all of the latest and most sophisticated modelling software and design tools to help produce structural drawings and details.

With virtually all of their structural projects modelled in Revit, you will be using all of the latest BIM tools to help produce digital models of a variety of structures.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will be proficient in the use of Revit, and be educated to an appropriate level such as HND or equivalent.

You will be a highly motivated individual focused on career development with a passion for engineering and one who takes pride in their projects.

As with the 'softer' requirements, you will be an excellent communicator both verbally and in the written form.
