Responsibilities

• Establish REVIT capability within the existing design team.
• Develop REVIT templates and families as lead engineer.
• Support the technician team in developing their REVIT skills.
• Review and negotiate project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) to ensure contractual compliance.
• Lead structural and geotechnical design for key projects, including planning, delivery, financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Set design strategies for structures and foundations, delivering integrated solutions.
• Optimize designs for construction, sustainability, and health and safety.
• Ensure the quality and completeness of deliverables.
• Support the development of technical and digital capabilities, including sustainability.
• Promote knowledge sharing across the business to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• BEng (Hons) degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering.
• CITB Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant postgraduate experience.

Engineering Understanding:

• Knowledge of basic design tools and methods.
• Understanding of engineering principles, physics, and statics.

• Familiarity with Eurocodes, statutory legislation, and industry guidance.
