Up to £45 per hour - inside IR35

Long term contract role – 12 months +

London

We are currently recruiting for a well established engineering consultancy who are going through a long period of sustained growth. As the team has grown and exciting projects have landed, they are now looking to add a Senior Revit Technician to support the electrical engineering team.

They work across many sectors but often find themselves on some of the most technically challenging schemes in the country. Their MEP team in London works on a hybrid working basis with only 1 day per week required in the office.

Due to the nature of the project work you must be able to achieve and maintain security clearance for this role.

Overview

Long term contract role (12 months +).

Working on technically challenging Government projects as well as several other regionally significant headline projects.

Based from their London office but with the option to work hybrid with only 1 day per week in the office.

Up to £45 per hour dependent on experience and sector knowledge.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for generating high quality, accurate and co-ordinated Building Services Electrical 3D models and engineering design drawings.
2. Develop building Information modelling (BIM) building services design deliverables, working within a multi-disciplinary design team.
3. Take responsibility for the quality and completeness of all drawn and modelled information for projects.
4. Work collaboratively with other BIM technicians and engineers.
5. Be responsible for the production of schematic, general arrangement and detailed drawings in Revit/CAD in accordance with the relevant standards and procedures.
6. Be responsible for carrying out clash detections of the Revit model and producing solutions to any clashes found.

Your experience

1. High level of proficiency in the use of Autodesk REVIT / AutoCAD.
2. Ability to carry out Clash detections using Autodesk Navisworks / Revizto.
3. Ability to produce 2D & 3D Building Services design deliverables from concept through to fully co-ordinated detailed design.
