Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Structural Technician to join our multidisciplinary team. You will deliver high-quality structural drawings and BIM models using Revit, supporting project delivery across new build and refurbishment schemes.

You will coordinate with engineers, architects and other stakeholders, attend external meetings, and help develop BIM standards and processes to ensure best practices across projects. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong structural Revit experience and ability to produce detailed drawings.
• Good understanding of structural engineering principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in models and drawings.
• Able to work collaboratively with engineers, architects and stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to take the next step in their career, working within a talented multidisciplinary team and playing a key role in delivering high-quality structural designs using Revit and BIM.

The successful candidate will have strong structural Revit experience, with the ability to produce detailed and accurate drawings and models for complex projects. They will have a good understanding of structural engineering principles, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to work collaboratively with engineers, architects and other project stakeholders.

As a senior member of the team, there will also be opportunities to take on greater responsibility, support junior technicians and contribute to the development of BIM standards and processes.
