We have a fantastic opportunity for a Revit Coordinator to join our Leeds office.

You will work closely with Hoare Lea Engineers to deliver projects to our clients. Your responsibilities include managing BIM/Revit processes from scheme design through to tender, and leading and training Revit technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Applying practical knowledge of 3D design tools, primarily Revit, along with AutoCAD, NavisWorks, COBie & BIM.
  • Understanding the practical application of modeling MEP services.
  • Supporting BIM/Revit technology culture within the office.
  • Establishing and supporting project-level BIM/Revit strategies.
  • Enabling Engineers to deliver multi-discipline projects using Revit and plug-ins like Dynamo & RFTools.
  • Promoting best practices in BIM methodologies.
  • Supporting Revit software upgrades, testing, and document management.
  • Ensuring client deliverables meet standards through quality assurance processes.
  • Assisting Engineers with project setup and maintenance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintaining model setup and integrity.

What We Are Looking For

  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Experience as a Revit Coordinator within a Building Services environment.
  • Proven experience in coordinating Building Services at detailed design stages.
  • Strong Revit technical skills, supporting BIM processes, and familiarity with the latest Autodesk Revit version.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure design within multi-disciplinary engineering contexts.
  • Solutions-focused, proactive, flexible, and able to communicate BIM best practices effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • Aspiring to develop and enhance Revit capabilities and efficiency.
  • Experience in mentoring junior BIM technicians.
  • Ability to manage and delegate workload within a team.
