Location: Remote / Hampshire
Hours: 45 per week
Contract: 3 months initially, with strong potential to extend

A respected consultancy is urgently seeking a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator to join their team on an initial 3-month contract. The first project involves refurbishing a restaurant, with further projects available afterwards.

The client covers numerous major schemes and project types, and you will transition to these after completing the initial project.

They are looking for someone who can start next week, with interviews from 2pm tomorrow. CVs submitted today will be reviewed immediately.

This role requires immediate support for Stage 5 coordination. A Revit model is already in place, and coordination needs to begin now.

Remote work is available, but candidates willing to work from Hampshire are preferred for longer-term retention.

Candidates must have their own PC; the company is checking internally on license provision.

Rate: £30 per hour, outside IR35.
