A leading social enterprise in Stow-on-the-Wold is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to lead the property sales and rental program. The role involves providing an exceptional customer experience and generating leads, with responsibilities including managing a database using CRM and Salesforce. Candidates should have sales experience in the New Homes sector, customer service skills, and access to a vehicle. A DBS check is required.

About Your Role
The Senior Sales Advisor will lead and develop our property sales/rental programme at Stow-On-The-Wold, providing a first-class customer experience from enquiry to completion. You will liaise with the Sales Manager to focus on lead generation strategies and manage a database using CRM, Salesforce. A basic DBS check is mandatory for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a sales background, preferably with knowledge of the New Homes Sector and access to a vehicle.
