Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in Tees Valley is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced functions of the DIY business. This full-time position requires expert knowledge of store systems and automotive parts, as well as strong sales skills to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in automotive parts and possess organizational skills to manage store services effectively.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
