Job summary

Alexander Faraday Recruitment is seeking a Senior Micro Space Planner (Supervisor) to lead a team and drive commercially impactful micro space strategies across retail categories. You will act as the SME for micro space planning tools and systems, delivering data‑driven planograms that maximise sales, margin and ROI.

The successful candidate will lead, coach and develop a small team, partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, operations, finance and brand, and own performance reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced retail space planning experience.
• Strong analytical skills and expertise with JDA/Blue Yonder or similar tools.
• A commercial mindset with a passion for improving processes and outcomes.
