Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Retail / Patch Manager (managing kiosks in a designated patch at Aston Villa) to bring energy managing a team in our customer-facing drinks and food units.

This role places you in the vibrant atmosphere of match days at Aston Villa F.C., offering flexibility around your schedule.

The Role:

We seek passionate, experienced retail managers to lead a team serving over 42,000 football fans on match days. You will interact effectively with customers, manage your team, oversee operations of busy retail units, ensure compliance with EHO standards and PCI regulations, and communicate relevant information during briefings.

You will act as the main contact for senior managers, team leaders, and logistics staff, handle customer queries, and ensure adequate staffing and equipment functionality. Availability for most matchdays during the football season is essential.
