Job Description:

We are now looking for a Senior Retail Manager who is passionate about the Fashion industry and driving our fantastic team of Retail Managers to achieve the best results across our iconic Menswear Division.

About the Role

In this role, you will drive the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding Retail Managers, ensuring they excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of our business strategy.

In addition to this you will also:

Lead and inspire a team of Retail Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Work closely with the Divisional General Retail Manager and wider GRM network to develop talent, grow skills and make effective succession plans to protect the strength of the business
Regularly reviewing NPS and ENPS comments and feedback to understand current challenges and opportunities to improve
Deliver any new initiatives, processes and procedures that affect retail operations as directed by the General Retail Manager.
Be accountable for delivering the day to day and long term running of own area of responsibility through the team including delivering exceptional back of house standards.
Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage staffing levels, training, and development programs.

About You

You will be at ease with building effective relationships with key stakeholders across Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising and Operational teams to cut through noise, remove ambiguity and ensure your people are able to provide exceptional service always.

You will also be:

A natural at building and nurturing effective relationships across internal functions and brand partners to be able to influence and take corrective action in the right way
A skilled performance coach - You get a kick out of helping others develop and succeed – either successfully in your Division or where needed, laterally into a role that’s a better fit.
Commercially astute. We’re a business built on sales performance. This role is integral to delivering stretching and exciting sales growth.
Resilient, tenacious and genuinely open to development feedback. Continually adapting your style to get the best outcomes for your people, customers and for the business.
Diligent in data driven decisions. Your style is to embrace all data and insight as you have the ability and confidence to use this to inform relevant actions.
