• Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience in retail and commercial design.
• Proven experience leading design teams on complex commercial projects.
• Professional SACAP registration.
• Experience working in Gauteng Randburg area desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for retail, hospitality, and commercial office projects.
• Develop innovative and functional designs that enhance customer experience and brand presence.
• Create detailed architectural plans, specifications, and visualizations using advanced design software.
• Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, leasing teams, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure designs are commercially viable, aesthetically compelling, and meet functional requirements for diverse business operations.
• Oversee the specification of materials and finishes suitable for high-traffic commercial environments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards in Randburg.
