ABOUT THE ROLE

Bamford is currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Senior Retail Associate for our luxury high-end spa to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail space, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our guests. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory and driving sales of exclusive skincare, wellness products, and luxury items, all while upholding the high standards of our spa environment.

This role is based at our beautiful Cotswolds Spa, full-time, 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Salary £13.77 per hour, plus commission.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all retail activities within the spa, including product displays, stock levels, pricing, and merchandising.
• Ensure retail areas are clean, organized, and aligned with the spa’s luxury aesthetic.
• Collaborate with retail associates and the front of house team to foster a positive work environment and high customer service standards.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and provide an elevated shopping experience.
• Drive retail sales by promoting products aligned with the spa’s offerings and guests' wellness needs.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory orders as needed.
• Store and rotate products properly, ensuring inventory records are up to date.
• Provide personalized recommendations to guests, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Create attractive product displays reflecting the spa’s luxury brand to attract guests.
• Work closely with spa therapists and management to integrate treatments and products effectively.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on products and spa services.
• Track sales performance, report on retail KPIs, and analyze customer preferences to inform product assortment decisions.
• Represent the spa as a brand ambassador, maintaining a polished and professional image at all times.
