In some of our stores, there is a talented Five Guys Deputy General Manager who is a General Manager in waiting. A Deputy General Manager manages, controls and is accountable for the stores day to day operations and results ensuring the team is delivering profitability and optimising sales.

AS A DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER YOU'LL BE

• Accountable and responsible for your entire store and the people within, regardless of if the General Manager is in store or not
• Developing and managing the store team, while supporting the delivery of perfect burgers and fries
• You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands-on at times which means jumping in and working on the line shoulder to shoulder with our Crew and Managers
• Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
• Your store will need to run smoothly on the day-to-day operations and think about long term planning. You will play a part in all aspects of running a Five Guys Restaurant
• Spotting potential and developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline
• Drive the Five Guys culture by always role modelling our values
• Creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun
