Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Responsible Individual to lead and develop our RI consultancy service across an national portfolio of Ofsted-registered children's homes. The role combines governance with consultancy, quality assurance, and client relationship management.

You will provide oversight and challenge to Registered Managers, drive service development, growth opportunities, and strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in children's residential care.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and safeguarding.
Experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Act as the named RI for an allocated portfolio of children's homes.
Ensure compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.
Provide oversight, support, and challenge to Registered Managers.
Monitor safeguarding, quality, compliance, and service performance.
Review incidents, reports, and improvement plans.
Maintain positive relationships with Ofsted and stakeholders.
Support homes through inspections and improvement programmes.
Contribute to growth of Delphi's RI consultancy service.
Develop relationships with clients and sector partners.
Support consultancy activity and business growth opportunities.
