Purosearch Ltd. seeks an experienced Responsible Individual to oversee four children’s residential homes in Castleford and surrounding areas.

You will provide strategic leadership, governance and operational oversight to ensure adherence to the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted standards. You will lead Registered Managers, drive continuous improvement, oversee safeguarding and risk management, and report progress to Directors.

Competenze

• Extensive senior leadership experience in children's residential care.
• Experience overseeing multiple children's homes.
• Knowledge of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted framework.
• Strong safeguarding and risk management expertise.
• Ability to lead quality improvement and regulatory inspection processes.

Mansioni

• Act as the Ofsted Responsible Individual across four children's residential homes.
• Provide strategic leadership, governance and operational oversight across all services.
• Line manage, mentor and support Registered Managers to maintain high standards of leadership and care.
• Ensure all homes operate in compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Quality Standards and safeguarding requirements.
• Monitor performance data and prepare regular performance, quality and compliance reports for Directors and senior stakeholders.
• Lead improvement journeys for homes rated Requires Improvement and maintain Good ratings.
