Working Pattern: Employee Fixed Term Contract / Full Time

As the Senior Resourcing Advisor, you will:

  • Be a citizen of Azerbaijan
  • Be responsible for sourcing, engagement, screening, assessment and hiring of suitably qualified and experienced candidates within given functions and specialisms and within timescales.
  • Be creative with candidate attraction and engagement that sources candidates from the Energy/Oil and Gas/Renewables sector, and develop a pipeline for alternative skill sets from other sectors with transferable skills
  • Source and identify suitable candidates using approved methods and maintaining up to date candidate pipelines
  • Manage vacancies and candidates through company ATS ensuring all data is up to date and accurate
  • Assist in developing cost effective and innovative solutions to sourcing of personnel
  • Undertake management of recruitment activities ensuring a high level of efficiency, competency and productivity is achieved
  • Attend relevant resourcing meetings and contribute, as required
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers on best practise
  • Daily interaction with Hiring Managers to ensure effective delivery of resources
  • Research and report on market rates for multi-disciplines
  • Assist, arrange and attend interviews with department representatives, assessing and recording candidate performance as required
  • Assist with the development of resourcing personnel

About You

You’ll have experience of:

  • Demonstrable in-house or Agency recruitment experience in a similar role
  • Experience in sourcing candidates for a variety of job roles and departments
  • Experience of sourcing candidates using various online channels including job boards, social media etc.
  • Competent in the use of MS applications
  • Experience in database management
  • Excellent written and spoken English
