Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc seeks a Senior Manager, Resource Management to partner with RpD and Translational Medicine to assess capacity and plan resource allocation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, finance or engineering.
• Experience in Biotech/Pharmaceutical/CRO industry.
• Adept at managing a limited supply of resources against constantly changing needs.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to build relationships.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and resource management tools.
• Detail oriented and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces RM with RpD and Translational Medicine to review resource strategies.
• Assess available resources against requirements and confirm plans with leadership.
• Design, develop, and update algorithms for resource demand forecasts.
• Ensure cross-functional consistency for resource and headcount management.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc resource reports including forecasts and capacity analyses.
• Enter and monitor resource capacity, allocation and forecast data in RM systems.
• Identify and communicate resource gaps, risks, and conflicts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate to maintain RM processes, guidelines and templates.
• Work with data analytics/IT on dashboards and reports and validate outputs.
• Perform scenario analyses and support portfolio-level planning.
• Ensure data quality for quarterly budget reforecasts with Finance.
