Senior Resilience Manager – 6 Month FTC

Location: Home based

A national professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Resilience Manager to lead the development and implementation of a firmwide resilience framework. This 6-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to shape critical business continuity and incident response strategies at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver a robust, outcomes-focused resilience and continuity framework. Map critical services and ensure recovery capabilities meet defined tolerances. Govern identification and mitigation of operational vulnerabilities. Lead incident response activities, including coordination of out-of-hours support. Develop playbooks and testing regimes for critical services. Partner with IT and business units to enhance disaster recovery preparedness. Represent the organisation externally and advise on resilience standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership in resilience, business continuity, and crisis/incident response. Strong stakeholder engagement skills across regulated environments (e.g. SRA, FCA). Ability to drive change and embed risk-informed thinking into operations. Relevant qualifications (e.g. CBCI) desirable.
