Astrum Search is working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Senior Resilience Manager to drive its Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy as part of a wider Operational Resilience framework.

This is a senior role and is essentially a Head of Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery.

The role will work across all business areas and geographies, partnering with senior leadership to develop, implement, and maintain world-class resilience plans. You’ll lead BC/DR integration, manage critical supplier and IT resilience programmes, and ensure compliance with ISO22301 standards.

Key requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in BC, DR, or Operational Resilience
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT systems
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Relevant professional qualifications (MBCI/FBCI or equivalent) preferred

My client is flexible on location of the role, however candidates must be flexible to travel across the UK when required. The team work on a hybrid basis and are typically office based 2 x per week.

This is a senior role in the Firm with wide-ranging visibility and responsibility.
