Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker Children
Location: Northampton, UK
Salary: £36,000 per annum + £6,000 for sleep-ins
Employment Type: Permanent

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in Northampton. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to children in a residential setting
  • Ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the children
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for the children
  • Develop and implement care plans for each child, in collaboration with other team members
  • Act as a positive role model for the children and promote their independence and life skills
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision sessions
  • Support and guide junior staff members in their roles
  • Liaise with external agencies and professionals as required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience working with children in a residential setting
