A children's residential care provider in Runcorn is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to lead and mentor young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Runcorn (WA7)
Salary: £13.50 per hour (c£28,080 Base Salary & £6,600 in sleeps = £34,680 take home)
Working Hour: 40 hours per week, rolling rota (2 on, 4 off, weekends included) & overtime can be allocated if required.
Hourly Rate: £13.50
Number of Sleeps Required: 8–11 per month
Pay Per Sleep: £55
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent recognised qualification)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in residential childcare
Employment Type: Permanent
Number of Beds: 1 Bed with a Staffing Ratio of 2:1 (Staff:Children)
