Overview

Are you PASSIONATE about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young adults? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join a small residential service in Farnham. This home provides care and support for children up to the age of 18 and is currently supporting two young people.

Location: Farnham | Salary: £33,500 - £36,100 (minimum 1 sleep per week) | Hours: A combination of early shifts (7.30 - 15.00), late shifts (14.00 - 23.00), long days (7.30 - 23.00) and sleep-in (23.00 - 7.30).

Senior Support Worker Requirements

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People\'s Workforce or an equivalent qualification (e.g., a degree in Health and Social Care) or currently working towards it.
• Driving Licence: A full, clean driving licence is essential—candidates without one will not be considered.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a residential setting is required.
• Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capability to mentor and support others
