Senior Residential Property Solicitor (5 years+ PQE)

Based at our Chatham office with flexibility to work from home

We are looking for an experienced Senior Residential Property solicitor to join our team to work on residential property matters.

Our successful candidate will be required to specialise in a full spectrum of property work which will include the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build purchases from developers, ownership transfers, lease extension and re-mortgages. In addition, they will be central in establishing, and then building upon, our residential real estate presence in Chatham. Strong marketing and business development skills will be critical to the success of this expansion of the team.

You should be a commercially aware solicitor who can become a vital member of the team and add value to the practice. You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE experience and a solid background acting for both home owners and investors, ideally in the Kent market.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team, organised with the ability to prioritise your workload.
