The Role

This newly created position involves both fee-earning and team leadership responsibilities. You will oversee a varied caseload of residential property matters while guiding and mentoring others. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad caseload including freehold and leasehold transactions, new builds, and shared ownership schemes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on complex conveyancing matters.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and client-centric service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support departmental performance and strategic growth.
Candidate Profile
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with substantial experience in residential property law.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
