Prepare and review planning statements, appraisal reports, and supporting documentation.
Produce site assessments and analyse planning histories, policy, and material considerations for immediate and strategic sites.
Prepare and project manage Outline/Full and Reserved Matters applications and discharge planning conditions.
Monitor and respond to local, regional, and national planning policy consultations.
Liaise with internal layout designers, external consultants, and local planning authorities to develop strong working relationships.
Prepare, submit and negotiate planning applications.
Attend meetings and site visits, including public consultations and planning committees.
Negotiate and oversee Section 106 Agreements.
