Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment in Molesey is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to handle buyer enquiries, conduct viewings and progress sales to completion. You will negotiate offers and build strong client relationships in a busy residential market.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in residential estate agency sales and a proven ability to convert enquiries into sales, with a proactive, professional approach and excellent organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential estate agency sales, ideally at Senior level.
• Proven ability to negotiate offers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and personable client relationship approach.
• Good knowledge of the local market or ability to learn quickly.
• Proactive attitude with targets-driven mindset.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage busy workload.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Registering, qualifying and matching buyers to suitable properties.
• Conducting property viewings and gathering feedback.
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
• Following up applicants and generating new opportunities.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion with solicitors, buyers and sellers.
• Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.
