Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with residential conveyancing experience.
• Experience handling High Net Worth property matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-quality residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and shared ownership matters.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, and third parties.
• Monitor WIP, disbursements, and matter profitability; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to departmental growth, efficiency, and business development; participate in marketing and networking; use AI tools to enhance service.
