Frasia Wright Associates in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to support clients through sales, purchases, remortgages, and title transfers. The role emphasises delivering high-quality, pragmatic legal advice and guiding clients efficiently through the conveyancing process.

You will also contribute to team development, mentor trainees, and uphold the firm’s reputation for client service while working in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Current Notary Public status required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Advising clients on offers received and taking clear, accurate instructions.
• Providing guidance on making offers for properties clients wish to purchase.
• Managing the full conveyancing process to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Reviewing and reporting on title deeds and identifying any issues.
• Drafting legal documents and handling standard securities.
• Acting on behalf of lenders in relevant transactions.
• Managing your own caseload and maintaining effective time management.
• Mentoring trainee solicitors and junior team members.
• Upholding professional standards and contributing positively to team culture.
