The role requires strong experience in residential conveyancing, excellent organisational and communication skills, and a proactive client-focused approach. Salary ranges from 35,000 to 45,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Good knowledge of the conveyancing process, including freehold and leasehold matters.
• Excellent organisational, communication and attention-to-detail skills.
• Confident, proactive and client-focused approach.
• Experience with conveyancing case management systems desirable.
