- Manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases and remortgages.
- Deliver high-quality legal advice and client care.
- Supervise junior conveyancers and contribute to team development.
- Maintain time recording and meet fee income targets.
- Stay current with legal developments and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in departmental meetings and strategic planning.
