Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to join its Bristol team. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion while providing supervision to junior staff.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent client service, and the ability to support a team in a busy legal environment. Office-based with potential part-time consideration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' PQE / equivalent residential property experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Provide high standards of client care and build long-term relationships.
• Supervise and mentor colleagues; step in for Legal Director as needed.
• Ensure timely progress, accurate records and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with legal secretaries, paralegals and external stakeholders.
