Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor in Bristol to manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion. The role includes mentoring junior staff and providing leadership within the team.

Candidates should have 6+ years’ PQE with strong residential property knowledge, excellent client care, and the ability to supervise colleagues when needed. Office-based with full-time hours and potential part-time consideration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Detailed understanding of residential property law and current conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory or mentoring experience or confidence to take on these responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Provide a high standard of client care and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Deal with transactions efficiently, accurately and within deadlines.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents and third parties throughout the conveyancing process.
• Work closely with support staff to ensure matters progress smoothly.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to colleagues within the team.
• Maintain accurate client records and contribute to team development.
